Spring has Sprung! It must be Poetry Month!

Yes, the Poem-a-Day winners, all thirty of them, have been chosen for 2009 and we have a creative, inspiring, lyrical selection of poems to admire. A different poem will be on display every day at each of the Cambridge Libraries and the Cambridge Centre for the Arts. The winners will read (and record) their work at An Evening of Poetry held in the Toyota Room, Cambridge Centre for the Arts at 7:00pm on Friday April 17. Please feel free to join us at what will be the Third Annual Reading. The night is always enjoyable, with lots of family, friends and aspiring poets in attendance. And, if you can’t make it, you will be able to listen to recordings of the poets read their poetry on the Library Blog at the end of April.
